The recommended contribution for professional staff is $42 ($30 for administrative assistant appreciation events and $12 to care for all employees throughout the year). The We Care program is designed to allow R10 employees to care for one another throughout the year. Annual, one-time contributions by our staff members are utilized to purchase cards, flowers, food, etc., when colleagues face difficulties such as loss, illness, or injury. In addition, our professional staff members' contributions are utilized to show appreciation to our amazing support staff during the winter holiday time and on Administrative Assistants Day. Participation is voluntary but strongly encouraged.
